Narrative:
On short final to runway 1R at las a wind gust was encountered. Extreme control wheel inputs were used to counter it, generating a flight control report and upsetting cabin crew and passenger. Airspeed and attitude were stable throughout. A normal landing was accomplished.

Title: LGT ACFT AT 50 FT ENCOUNTERED TURB AND WINDSHEAR.
Narrative: ON SHORT FINAL TO RWY 1R AT LAS A WIND GUST WAS ENCOUNTERED. EXTREME CTL WHEEL INPUTS WERE USED TO COUNTER IT, GENERATING A FLT CTL RPT AND UPSETTING CABIN CREW AND PAX. AIRSPD AND ATTITUDE WERE STABLE THROUGHOUT. A NORMAL LNDG WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
