Narrative:

Aircraft had maintenance carryover on right aircraft pack door actuator, which prevented use of pack on ground and in air with flaps extended. On takeoff roll, left pack tripped at approximately 120 KIAS with V1/vr 142 KTS. Continued takeoff. At 2500 ft AGL accelerated, retracted flaps, engaged right pack, and performed abnormal procedures. This is second time left pack has tripped on takeoff in past 2 days. Why is air carrier not repairing other pack as soon as possible with left pack's known history?
