Narrative:
Air carrier flight xyz came into ZZZ. Upon landing, #3 main tire blew and aircraft taxied off active. After discussing problem with air carrier maintenance control, I replaced #3 and #4 main tire and wheel assembly, per maintenance manual. The blown tire had a flat spot which could have been caused by a faulty anti-skid valve, transducer or computer. According to air carrier maintenance control, there was no history to this problem. Therefore, I replaced #3 and #4 main and tested antiskid system. Test was ok. I accomplished all above with satisfactory results and dispatched the aircraft. Air carrier maintenance in XXX is to replace the antiskid valve for further troubleshooting. Flight yxy departed ZZZ after 2 hour delay. Arrived to his destination with no problems.

THEREFORE, I REPLACED #3 AND #4 MAIN AND TESTED ANTISKID SYSTEM. TEST WAS OK. I ACCOMPLISHED ALL ABOVE WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS AND DISPATCHED THE ACFT. ACR MAINT IN XXX IS TO REPLACE THE ANTISKID VALVE FOR FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING. FLT YXY DEPARTED ZZZ AFTER 2 HR DELAY. ARRIVED TO HIS DEST WITH NO PROBS.
