Narrative:
FAA medical was due jun/xx/98. I had assumed it was due jul/xx/98, and didn't receive new medical until jul/tue/98. The error was caught when I turned in a copy to the chief pilot. I had 17 days of flight duties in that time. In the future I think being more observant of due dates along with the new system that the company has set up should cure the problem.
