#1 DC9 level flight 11000 ft. #2 DC9 climbing out, receives TCASII RA to descend. #1 TCASII RA to climb. But later, said he saw traffic and disregarded climb RA. This was all unknown to me. Conflict alert goes off, I turn aircraft #1 who I was working to miss aircraft #2 who departure control was working.
