Narrative:

At the spartanburg downtown airport piper cherokee flew for 1 hour practicing airwork and touch and goes. After several excellent takeoff and lndgs I instructed my student to make the next landing a full stop and I would allow him to fly solo. As my student was taxiing off the runway I observed him having difficulty taxiing. I instructed him to apply more right rudder as we had just exited the runway to the right. He did so and the aircraft did not respond. I instructed him to increase the RPM's a little, as he increased the power the aircraft then fell to the ramp striking the pavement. Both propeller blades were damaged and the nose strut had collapsed.
