Narrative:
The captain and I were climbing out of msp at XA30 on aug/xa/98. The captain was flying and speeding (290 KIAS) at between 5000-7000 ft MSL. On a previous leg he was speeding as well and I would make calls like 1000 ft to go before slowing to 250 KTS and he looked at me and said 'yeah right' and he proceeded to do 280 KIAS. So I said something again and he just continued until 15 NM from the airport at which time he slowed to 200 KIAS. Once again on the occurrence in question, I said the same things and he didn't slow down until msp approach or departure asked how fast we were going, at which point he told me to say 250 KTS, so I did. That's all.
