Phl ILS runway 27R to visual conditions. Landing gear was confirmed down and locked with 3 green lights. Landing checklist was completed. Normal landing. At approximately 30 KTS on landing rollout, nose gear collapsed. No injuries.

Title: NOSE GEAR OF A DC8-52 COLLAPSED DURING LNDG ROLLOUT LEAVING THE ACFT AND CREW STRANDED. THE GEAR WAS CONFIRMED DOWN AND LOCKED PRIOR TO LNDG.
Narrative: PHL ILS RWY 27R TO VISUAL CONDITIONS. LNDG GEAR WAS CONFIRMED DOWN AND LOCKED WITH 3 GREEN LIGHTS. LNDG CHKLIST WAS COMPLETED. NORMAL LNDG. AT APPROX 30 KTS ON LNDG ROLLOUT, NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. NO INJURIES.
