Narrative:
Radar controller trying to provide too much service to all eastbound traffic, getting everybody to their requested altitudes and lined up for next sector. He overlooked wbound traffic at FL310 and climbed an eastbound aircraft from FL290 to FL330. By the time we realized the situation, we lost separation.
