Narrative:
After liftoff we received a left and right pitot heat fail, left and right angle of attack sensor heat fail, and pitot base heat fail. We reset the pitot heat switches as per the QRH. When the heats did not reset we returned to the departure airport. Maintenance then fixed the aircraft and we continued the flight.

Title: A COMMERCIAL FIXED WING MDT IN CLB AT 12000 FT RETURNED TO THE FIELD DUE TO PITOT AND ANGLE OF ATTACK SENSOR HEAT FAILURE. CAUSE OF FAILURE UNKNOWN.
Narrative: AFTER LIFTOFF WE RECEIVED A L AND R PITOT HEAT FAIL, L AND R ANGLE OF ATTACK SENSOR HEAT FAIL, AND PITOT BASE HEAT FAIL. WE RESET THE PITOT HEAT SWITCHES AS PER THE QRH. WHEN THE HEATS DID NOT RESET WE RETURNED TO THE DEP ARPT. MAINT THEN FIXED THE ACFT AND WE CONTINUED THE FLT.
