Narrative:
Arriving JEN4, understood clearance to cross hirst intersection at 11000 ft, as is normally the case. Apparently, controller had cleared us to be at fever at 11000 ft. At fever, controller asked our altitude. We responded with current altitude. He then informed us that we were supposed to be 11000 ft at fever. Supplemental information from acn 422350: we crossed fever 1500 ft high.
