Narrative:
While conducting training flts at the flight school I attend, I flew an aircraft past due 100 hour inspection and an airworthiness directive. This incident occurred between dec/xa/98-dec/xe/98 and was noticed during a maintenance update on jan/xz/99. This incident could have been resolved by a better preflight action on my part. Also, I may add that normally we have dispatchers who update our maintenance board daily who were not on duty at the time this occurred. For this reason our flight department is now working closely -- flight instructors and dispatchers -- together to resolve the incident.
