Narrative:
First officer hand flying a departure out of las. Radar vectors paralleling the oasys departure. We were given clearance to climb to 11000 ft and intercept the bty 126 degree radial. I was typing this in the FMS when we climbed through 11000 ft. The first officer leveled off at 11700 ft and then descended to 11000 ft.

Narrative: FO HAND FLYING A DEP OUT OF LAS. RADAR VECTORS PARALLELING THE OASYS DEP. WE WERE GIVEN CLRNC TO CLB TO 11000 FT AND INTERCEPT THE BTY 126 DEG RADIAL. I WAS TYPING THIS IN THE FMS WHEN WE CLBED THROUGH 11000 FT. THE FO LEVELED OFF AT 11700 FT AND THEN DSNDED TO 11000 FT.
