Narrative:
We were cleared for approach (ILS) and told to go to tzr tower. We contacted tower and was told to report the OM. We continued the approach and landed without the report or clearance to land. I believe it was poor CRM on my part, as I was not fully listening to the radio and assumed we had the clearance to land.
