Narrative:
The WX was poor. 800 ft broken, strong, gusty winds, rain, moderate turbulence. At approximately 1000 ft on 3 mi final to localizer runway 13 at lga, IMC, we received a decreasing performance windshear warning. I disconnected the autoplt/throttles and initiated a climb. Captain notified tower of missed approach, who issued clearance to fly runway heading and climb to 2000 ft. We blasted through 2000 ft to approximately 2500 ft then returned to 2000 ft. Tower said nothing, then handed us off to departure control. During the procedure we were very busy and being bounced about quite a bit. As a side note: I was not feeling well, and let the captain fly the next approach. On the localizer runway 13 we crossed steed intersection and descended to 800 ft for the leveloff. At approximately 3 - 3.5 DME, tower issued a low altitude alert.
