Narrative:
Departing mrb for hpn on instrument flight plan. Was given a clearance void time of AB04. Started takeoff roll right at AB04 and contacted dulles approach about 1 min thereafter. Dulles acknowledged my call, but nothing else. After a few mins, I called again and asked 'do you have me?' dulles answered that my clearance void time was XA04, then said 'radar contact.' I suspect dulles departure forgot my initial contact immediately after departing mrb.

Narrative: DEPARTING MRB FOR HPN ON INST FLT PLAN. WAS GIVEN A CLRNC VOID TIME OF AB04. STARTED TKOF ROLL RIGHT AT AB04 AND CONTACTED DULLES APCH ABOUT 1 MIN THEREAFTER. DULLES ACKNOWLEDGED MY CALL, BUT NOTHING ELSE. AFTER A FEW MINS, I CALLED AGAIN AND ASKED 'DO YOU HAVE ME?' DULLES ANSWERED THAT MY CLRNC VOID TIME WAS XA04, THEN SAID 'RADAR CONTACT.' I SUSPECT DULLES DEP FORGOT MY INITIAL CONTACT IMMEDIATELY AFTER DEPARTING MRB.
