Narrative:
My company filed a route of flight from cdg to mun. Cdg clearance cleared me for this route of flight. The filed route was based on old charts. We tried to fly the route as filed because it was the only way to get on the ANDC3M arrival. Between zue and eur vors after fusse intersection, we were filed to fly V102 eur direct andec ANDC3M arrival. The navigation error occurred because V102 goes to disun not eur. Munich approach informed us that we were 3 mi east of course and then cleared us direct to munich VOR. There did not appear to be a conflict. My flight operations filed this flight plan by computer, it was approved by euro control in brussels and cdg clearance delivery cleared us for it.
