Narrative:
During climb, center gave us a turn for our climb then asked our routing. I looked at the FMS and I had programmed our normal company 'canned' route, which I had flown the day before. That route took us out over iiv J131 lit tbend then on the arrival. Center said he showed routing over iiv-bna-aex. Digging around, our dispatcher had programmed us on a different route, which was what center had. It was my complacency by looking at the route and seeing only our departure and not looking at the FMS other than when I had programmed it and saw exactly what I had seen the day before. The first officer had been busy and had not verified the route programmed either. We as a crew had just become complacent with each other and our equipment.

Title: TRACK DEV.
Narrative: DURING CLB, CTR GAVE US A TURN FOR OUR CLB THEN ASKED OUR ROUTING. I LOOKED AT THE FMS AND I HAD PROGRAMMED OUR NORMAL COMPANY 'CANNED' RTE, WHICH I HAD FLOWN THE DAY BEFORE. THAT RTE TOOK US OUT OVER IIV J131 LIT TBEND THEN ON THE ARR. CTR SAID HE SHOWED ROUTING OVER IIV-BNA-AEX. DIGGING AROUND, OUR DISPATCHER HAD PROGRAMMED US ON A DIFFERENT RTE, WHICH WAS WHAT CTR HAD. IT WAS MY COMPLACENCY BY LOOKING AT THE RTE AND SEEING ONLY OUR DEP AND NOT LOOKING AT THE FMS OTHER THAN WHEN I HAD PROGRAMMED IT AND SAW EXACTLY WHAT I HAD SEEN THE DAY BEFORE. THE FO HAD BEEN BUSY AND HAD NOT VERIFIED THE RTE PROGRAMMED EITHER. WE AS A CREW HAD JUST BECOME COMPLACENT WITH EACH OTHER AND OUR EQUIP.
