Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff, a smell similar to that of a burn resistor or electronics was strong in the front of zone a. No smoke was seen. The smell was strongest in the front galley and front lavatory. (I never entered the cockpit.) we returned to mia within mins. As the smell had dissipated somewhat and there was no visible smoke, we exited normally through the jetbridge.
