Narrative:

Passenger #1 connected from a long flight via england and was stressed because her flight was 45 mins late. She was continuing on my flight to tus, and she was relieved that her flight was still at the gate in dfw. On boarding, she was terribly angered that her seat was in the back row. She expressed it vocally from row xx and continuing on through safety demonstration. Once I returned to the rear to be seated in jump seat, she then became very agitated and began screaming at me and then demanded to move right now. By then the other flight attendant #2 tried to settle her down while I called the captain (on airplane X). He also told her that we could not move her now, because we were taking off but once we were airborne we could help her. She (passenger) began pointing her finger and saying we conveniently moved her seat and that she was the client and we had better listen to her. Flight attendant #2 then went to the cockpit while I was still on the interphone. The captain asked if we should take her back to the gate? We agreed, because already she did not respect our plan of action to move her once airborne, and she had everyone (other passenger) upset and uncomfortable. We were unable to appease her on the ground, we thought her actions would be unpredictable in the air. We returned to the gate where airline X representatives, as well as the local police, had her removed. Passenger X wanted her (3) daughters to remain onboard, but they began screaming, and so they were allowed to deplane as well. The flight continued on without further incidence.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, S80, DFW-TUS, TAXI BACK TO GATE TO REMOVE BELLIGERENT PAX.

Narrative: PAX #1 CONNECTED FROM A LONG FLT VIA ENGLAND AND WAS STRESSED BECAUSE HER FLT WAS 45 MINS LATE. SHE WAS CONTINUING ON MY FLT TO TUS, AND SHE WAS RELIEVED THAT HER FLT WAS STILL AT THE GATE IN DFW. BY THEN THE OTHER FLT ATTENDANT #2 TRIED TO SETTLE HER DOWN WHILE I CALLED THE CAPT (ON AIRPLANE X). HE ALSO TOLD HER THAT WE COULD NOT MOVE HER NOW, BECAUSE WE WERE TAKING OFF BUT ONCE WE WERE AIRBORNE WE COULD HELP HER. SHE (PAX) BEGAN POINTING HER FINGER AND SAYING WE CONVENIENTLY MOVED HER SEAT AND THAT SHE WAS THE CLIENT AND WE HAD BETTER LISTEN TO HER. FLT ATTENDANT #2 THEN WENT TO THE COCKPIT WHILE I WAS STILL ON THE INTERPHONE. THE CAPT ASKED IF WE SHOULD TAKE HER BACK TO THE GATE? WE AGREED, BECAUSE ALREADY SHE DID NOT RESPECT OUR PLAN OF ACTION TO MOVE HER ONCE AIRBORNE, AND SHE HAD EVERYONE (OTHER PAX) UPSET AND UNCOMFORTABLE. WE WERE UNABLE TO APPEASE HER ON THE GND, WE THOUGHT HER ACTIONS WOULD BE UNPREDICTABLE IN THE AIR. WE RETURNED TO THE GATE WHERE AIRLINE X REPRESENTATIVES, AS WELL AS THE LCL POLICE, HAD HER REMOVED. PAX X WANTED HER (3) DAUGHTERS TO REMAIN ONBOARD, BUT THEY BEGAN SCREAMING, AND SO THEY WERE ALLOWED TO DEPLANE AS WELL. THE FLT CONTINUED ON WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENCE.
