Narrative:

Approximately 2 hours after takeoff XA30, I was walking up the r-hand aisle of the main cabin to begin picking up items from the dinner service, when I heard a 'thud-like' sound coming from the opposite side of the cabin near the business class galley. My immediate reaction was to cross over in front of the first row of seats of the main cabin as I thought someone had fallen or passed out. Before I was able to do so, I saw flight attendant X standing by seats. A young woman was getting up from the floor. The 2 of them proceeded to have a somewhat heated exchange, the subject of which was unclr to me. She did not appear to be hurt. She was shouting at him. She was aggressive and belligerent, claiming that he had 'pushed' her. He told her that he had not pushed her, that she had fallen and that perhaps she had had enough to drink. He was insisting that she return to her seat, which she did. I went to the business class galley and spoke with flight attendant Y and flight attendant Z to see if my assistance was needed. They told me it was not and that flight attendant X had been having trouble with this passenger wanting repeatedly to come into the business class cabin to use the lavatory. (At the beginning of the flight, the captain had made a PA asking that passenger restrict their movement between cabins and to not congregate around galleys and lavatories. He stated that this was a security issue). I returned to the aft galley area, l-hand side, to monitor the cabin in general and the young woman in particular. Approximately 3-4 mins later, I saw her get up from her seat and walk rapidly toward the business class area. As I began to walk forward, I saw that she was speaking with flight attendant Y. She then walked forward and entered the l-hand business class lavatory. I told the other main cabin flight attendants about the incident and we agreed to monitor the situation. Flight attendant west mentioned that she had been spoken to somewhat impolitely by this passenger during the beverage service. The passenger had requested alcohol and flight attendant west questioned her age. When I later spoke with flight attendant X about the incident he said that she had thrown her coffee cup at him and that it was not empty. He believed the cup smelled like liquor. He thought she was possibly intoxicated. To my knowledge, we had no further incidents with the passenger until we landed in cdg. As she exited the aircraft, she again was shouting at flight attendant X and he was telling her that she should leave.

Title: B767-300 FLT ATTENDANT HAD A FEMALE PAX THAT WAS BELLIGERENT AND POSSIBLY DRUNK.

Narrative: APPROX 2 HRS AFTER TKOF XA30, I WAS WALKING UP THE R-HAND AISLE OF THE MAIN CABIN TO BEGIN PICKING UP ITEMS FROM THE DINNER SVC, WHEN I HEARD A 'THUD-LIKE' SOUND COMING FROM THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE CABIN NEAR THE BUSINESS CLASS GALLEY. MY IMMEDIATE REACTION WAS TO CROSS OVER IN FRONT OF THE FIRST ROW OF SEATS OF THE MAIN CABIN AS I THOUGHT SOMEONE HAD FALLEN OR PASSED OUT. BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO DO SO, I SAW FLT ATTENDANT X STANDING BY SEATS. I WENT TO THE BUSINESS CLASS GALLEY AND SPOKE WITH FLT ATTENDANT Y AND FLT ATTENDANT Z TO SEE IF MY ASSISTANCE WAS NEEDED. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT AND THAT FLT ATTENDANT X HAD BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS PAX WANTING REPEATEDLY TO COME INTO THE BUSINESS CLASS CABIN TO USE THE LAVATORY. (AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FLT, THE CAPT HAD MADE A PA ASKING THAT PAX RESTRICT THEIR MOVEMENT BTWN CABINS AND TO NOT CONGREGATE AROUND GALLEYS AND LAVATORIES. HE STATED THAT THIS WAS A SECURITY ISSUE). I RETURNED TO THE AFT GALLEY AREA, L-HAND SIDE, TO MONITOR THE CABIN IN GENERAL AND THE YOUNG WOMAN IN PARTICULAR. APPROX 3-4 MINS LATER, I SAW HER GET UP FROM HER SEAT AND WALK RAPIDLY TOWARD THE BUSINESS CLASS AREA. AS I BEGAN TO WALK FORWARD, I SAW THAT SHE WAS SPEAKING WITH FLT ATTENDANT Y. SHE THEN WALKED FORWARD AND ENTERED THE L-HAND BUSINESS CLASS LAVATORY. I TOLD THE OTHER MAIN CABIN FLT ATTENDANTS ABOUT THE INCIDENT AND WE AGREED TO MONITOR THE SIT. FLT ATTENDANT W MENTIONED THAT SHE HAD BEEN SPOKEN TO SOMEWHAT IMPOLITELY BY THIS PAX DURING THE BEVERAGE SVC. THE PAX HAD REQUESTED ALCOHOL AND FLT ATTENDANT W QUESTIONED HER AGE. WHEN I LATER SPOKE WITH FLT ATTENDANT X ABOUT THE INCIDENT HE SAID THAT SHE HAD THROWN HER COFFEE CUP AT HIM AND THAT IT WAS NOT EMPTY. HE BELIEVED THE CUP SMELLED LIKE LIQUOR. HE THOUGHT SHE WAS POSSIBLY INTOXICATED. TO MY KNOWLEDGE, WE HAD NO FURTHER INCIDENTS WITH THE PAX UNTIL WE LANDED IN CDG. AS SHE EXITED THE ACFT, SHE AGAIN WAS SHOUTING AT FLT ATTENDANT X AND HE WAS TELLING HER THAT SHE SHOULD LEAVE.
