Narrative:

Landing at atlanta, both of us very tired, first officer failed to contact tower. I never caught the fact until about 50 ft. Questioned first officer. He said we did. On ground first officer called ground. They gave him tower frequency. We were between runways. Called tower. We were told to hold short of left runway. Both were tired.
