Narrative:
Taxiing from terminal to runway 12. First officer read back hold short of runway 16L. Captain read back hold short of runway 12. Aircraft unintentionally crossed the hold short line of runway 16L causing an aircraft to go around on runway 16L. Captain heard wrong instructions. Captain will listen up more closely in the future. First officer will make sure the captain reads back the correct instructions.

Title: FLT CREW OF MD80 CROSSED HOLD SHORT LINE OF RWY WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: TAXIING FROM TERMINAL TO RWY 12. FO READ BACK HOLD SHORT OF RWY 16L. CAPT READ BACK HOLD SHORT OF RWY 12. ACFT UNINTENTIONALLY CROSSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE OF RWY 16L CAUSING AN ACFT TO GO AROUND ON RWY 16L. CAPT HEARD WRONG INSTRUCTIONS. CAPT WILL LISTEN UP MORE CLOSELY IN THE FUTURE. FO WILL MAKE SURE THE CAPT READS BACK THE CORRECT INSTRUCTIONS.
