Narrative:
Crew was to ferry aircraft from dca to phl after an early morning show and approximately 6.4 hours of night flying. Crew was tired, however thought the flight could be completed easily. Crew received clearance. Crew received departure procedure and had visual diagram for avoiding prohibited areas off north departing runways. Crew was cleared into position on runway 3 for an immediate takeoff, traffic was within 2 mi. Crew accomplished takeoff and started a turn to the left to stay over the river and avoid the prohibited areas. This was a result of countless departures from runway 36 vice runway 3. Tower immediately advised crew to turn to 060 degrees then 070 degrees, climb and maintain 3000 ft which was accomplished. Factors: crew was quite tired. Crew erred by not flying what they briefed. Crew was rushed by the tower due to traffic on short final.

Title: TRACK DEV IN VIOLATION OF DCA PUBLISHED NOISE ABATEMENT DEP PROCS.
Narrative: CREW WAS TO FERRY ACFT FROM DCA TO PHL AFTER AN EARLY MORNING SHOW AND APPROX 6.4 HRS OF NIGHT FLYING. CREW WAS TIRED, HOWEVER THOUGHT THE FLT COULD BE COMPLETED EASILY. CREW RECEIVED CLRNC. CREW RECEIVED DEP PROC AND HAD VISUAL DIAGRAM FOR AVOIDING PROHIBITED AREAS OFF N DEPARTING RWYS. CREW WAS CLRED INTO POS ON RWY 3 FOR AN IMMEDIATE TKOF, TFC WAS WITHIN 2 MI. CREW ACCOMPLISHED TKOF AND STARTED A TURN TO THE L TO STAY OVER THE RIVER AND AVOID THE PROHIBITED AREAS. THIS WAS A RESULT OF COUNTLESS DEPS FROM RWY 36 VICE RWY 3. TWR IMMEDIATELY ADVISED CREW TO TURN TO 060 DEGS THEN 070 DEGS, CLB AND MAINTAIN 3000 FT WHICH WAS ACCOMPLISHED. FACTORS: CREW WAS QUITE TIRED. CREW ERRED BY NOT FLYING WHAT THEY BRIEFED. CREW WAS RUSHED BY THE TWR DUE TO TFC ON SHORT FINAL.
