Narrative:
Shortly after leveling out, the captain informed us we would be landing in london due to an indicator light that had come on. We were informed that it wasn't a big deal -- yet we could not cross the atlantic with the indicator light on. We landed in london and remained on the tarmac for 1.5 hours, while the mechanics fixed the problem. We took off from lhr and landed in chicago without incident.
