Narrative:
Confirmed landing (aircraft X) clearance as broke out of IMC at 300 ft into hazy, misty conditions. Noticed aircraft Y at end of runway appearing to be turning off. Lost sight of aircraft due to visibility/paint scheme until in flare. Aircraft Y still on runway at far end but ws too late to abort landing. Safer to land than go around. It appeared aircraft Y took excessive amount of time to clear runway.
