Narrative:
Conflicting aircraft passed by at 1 O'clock position same altitude. RA with no evasive action necessary. We were in the process of completing a flap problem checklist and were being vectored for a visual approach to runway 9R at phl when RA occurred. Was not advised by ATC of conflicting traffic.

Narrative: CONFLICTING ACFT PASSED BY AT 1 O'CLOCK POS SAME ALT. RA WITH NO EVASIVE ACTION NECESSARY. WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING A FLAP PROB CHKLIST AND WERE BEING VECTORED FOR A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 9R AT PHL WHEN RA OCCURRED. WAS NOT ADVISED BY ATC OF CONFLICTING TFC.
