Narrative:
Flight was on a vectored approach to runway 9R at phl. Upon selecting flaps 1 degree, EICAS message and caution trailing edge flaps disagree. An emergency was declared as a precautionary measure. Trailing edge flap disagree procedure was completed. Landing was normal.

Narrative: FLT WAS ON A VECTORED APCH TO RWY 9R AT PHL. UPON SELECTING FLAPS 1 DEG, EICAS MESSAGE AND CAUTION TRAILING EDGE FLAPS DISAGREE. AN EMER WAS DECLARED AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. TRAILING EDGE FLAP DISAGREE PROC WAS COMPLETED. LNDG WAS NORMAL.
