Narrative:

Trailing edge flap disagreement. Turning base to final ILS runway 16, selected flaps 20 degrees and a trailing edge flap disagreement alert occurred. Broke off the approach and held while accomplishing the correct procedure. We then landed runway 16 with abnormal flap setting per the correct aircraft manual instructions uneventfully with emergency services standing by.

Narrative: TRAILING EDGE FLAP DISAGREEMENT. TURNING BASE TO FINAL ILS RWY 16, SELECTED FLAPS 20 DEGS AND A TRAILING EDGE FLAP DISAGREEMENT ALERT OCCURRED.
