Narrative:
We started the breakfast service forward-aft. I arrived at row xx (I think). A woman said, in broken english, she wasn't feeling well and wanted some antacid. I told her we didn't carry it. I asked her if she wanted seltzer or ginger ale -- she declined. She said to me, 'I just want to let you know I don't feel good.' I asked if there was anything that I could do or anything else I could bring her. She said no and I continued with the service. Approximately 15 mins later, the man seated in the seat next to her came up to me to tell me she really didn't feel well and that she had checked her 'pressure' medication in cargo. I went back to ask her more specifics, but she just told me that she didn't feel good and she wanted a doctor. Because I couldn't understand what exactly the problem was, I went to the deadheading flight attendant from our inbound who was a spanish speaker and let him take it from there. I told the purser of the situation, she paged for a doctor. A doctor and nurse assisted the woman.
