Narrative:
Upon arrival at aircraft, read maintenance log and noted forward first aid kit used and needed to be replaced. However, forgot to verify that it had been replaced. Flew the same aircraft back to ZZZ as flight xyz on jun/xa/99. Only on arrival at ZZZ did I notice the open item still in the logbook. Notified maintenance.

Title: A FOKKER 100 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH AN OPEN UNANSWERED LOG RPT.
Narrative: UPON ARR AT ACFT, READ MAINT LOG AND NOTED FORWARD FIRST AID KIT USED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HOWEVER, FORGOT TO VERIFY THAT IT HAD BEEN REPLACED. FLEW THE SAME ACFT BACK TO ZZZ AS FLT XYZ ON JUN/XA/99. ONLY ON ARR AT ZZZ DID I NOTICE THE OPEN ITEM STILL IN THE LOGBOOK. NOTIFIED MAINT.
