Narrative:
PA32 primary only IFR approachs for training pointed out with east sector (me) by west sector for VOR runway 19R approach to fai. West radar forgot about aircraft and east radar did too. West radar realized missing aircraft when it was 10 mi east of course and radar contact was lost. All other aircraft were altitude separated. Meanwhile, aircraft shipped to east radar. Radar contact re-established -- normal operations thereafter.
