Narrative:
We hit turbulence during meal service at approximately XA30. I fell on seat xx and then to the floor. Passenger in seat xx had an insert of soda fall on his hand and a female passenger had an entree (meal, hot) fall on her back. The turbulence lasted approximately 15 seconds.

Narrative: WE HIT TURB DURING MEAL SVC AT APPROX XA30. I FELL ON SEAT XX AND THEN TO THE FLOOR. PAX IN SEAT XX HAD AN INSERT OF SODA FALL ON HIS HAND AND A FEMALE PAX HAD AN ENTREE (MEAL, HOT) FALL ON HER BACK. THE TURB LASTED APPROX 15 SECONDS.
