Narrative: DOOR REPAIRED PER ENGINEERING REPAIR AUTH -- FAA APPROVAL PENDING. WORK DOCUMENTS SIGNED OFF DID NOT REFLECT APPROVAL PENDING. PART WAS MADE SERVICEABLE AND INSTALLED ON ACFT.
