Narrative:
During pushback from gate, aircraft cabin door was still open and jetway was adjacent to aircraft. Aircraft door frame sustained damage and approximately 2 ft gouge put on side of fuselage due to contact with jetway. Air crew and 3 member pushback crew, tug driver and 2 wing walkers did not recognize that aircraft was not ready for pushback.

Title: B757 SUSTAINS DAMAGE AS ACFT IS PUSHED BACK WITH JETWAY STILL ATTACHED AT ZZZ.
Narrative: DURING PUSHBACK FROM GATE, ACFT CABIN DOOR WAS STILL OPEN AND JETWAY WAS ADJACENT TO ACFT. ACFT DOOR FRAME SUSTAINED DAMAGE AND APPROX 2 FT GOUGE PUT ON SIDE OF FUSELAGE DUE TO CONTACT WITH JETWAY. AIR CREW AND 3 MEMBER PUSHBACK CREW, TUG DRIVER AND 2 WING WALKERS DID NOT RECOGNIZE THAT ACFT WAS NOT READY FOR PUSHBACK.
