Narrative:
Needed WX deviation approaching adnip on R591. Requested deviation from tokyo radio several times and told to stand by. Told tokyo radio that I was using my emergency authority/authorized to deviation 25 mi left of course. Tokyo cleared me as requested right afterwards. Same scenario 2 more times. WX appeared to be centered only on R591.

Narrative: NEEDED WX DEV APCHING ADNIP ON R591. REQUESTED DEV FROM TOKYO RADIO SEVERAL TIMES AND TOLD TO STAND BY. TOLD TOKYO RADIO THAT I WAS USING MY EMER AUTH TO DEV 25 MI L OF COURSE. TOKYO CLRED ME AS REQUESTED RIGHT AFTERWARDS. SAME SCENARIO 2 MORE TIMES. WX APPEARED TO BE CTRED ONLY ON R591.
