Narrative:
On short final at 600 ft AGL on runway 9R we got a short notice TCASII TA followed shortly by an RA at less than 1 mi, 12 O'clock position. Pull-up command initiated to 2000 FPM. A crossover occurred with 300 ft separation. At crossover, tower called us with the first traffic call. We never saw traffic. A non revenue passenger reported he saw a blue helicopter pass under us. We reported our maneuver to tower. This initiated a conversation between the tower and the helicopter who reported he had us in sight at all times.
