Narrative:
As I passed cos, my friend's microphone was losing power. The ADF went out, then transponder, then radios and finally the GPS/communication. We lost all electrical system and navaids. We decided to use my cell phone to call the tower and turn off the avionics master. I called the tower and was only able to tell them my location and that I lost my radios and transponder. As we got within 7 mi of jeffco we tried turning on the avionics master and the GPS/communication. It came on and I again told them my situation. They told me to enter a right base for runway 11R. They told me to expect runway 11R. I also asked for light signals. I then lost radio communication again. I proceeded to land in that when told to expect the runway that it constitutes clearance in the event of lost communication. We looked for light signals but none were given. We then landed and saw a flashing red light telling me to get off the runway. I then got off the runway and put the plane away and immediately went and talked to the tower.
