Narrative:
As flight attendant #1, I was preparing the galley when I heard people arguing. I looked toward the boarding door and I saw the agent and a passenger. The passenger was screaming about his seat. The agent was explaining that he arrived later than 10 mins before departure and she gave his seat away. She said you have a seat, so either get onboard and take the seat, or get off. The argument continued and the passenger started pointing in the agent's face. Another agent arrived and explained to the passenger that he can't threaten (or point at) the agent and to please step off the plane. The passenger refused to move and the captain also had to step in. The argument continued and the agent decided that this passenger was no longer going on this flight. The passenger would not move off the plane, so security was called. At this point, we were past departure time. Security arrived and, eventually, after more yelling and arguing, the passenger stepped off the plane. The captain shut the door and we finally departed.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, B757, JFK-YVR, UNRULY PAX REMOVED ON BOARDING BY GATE AGENTS AND CAPT.
Narrative: AS FLT ATTENDANT #1, I WAS PREPARING THE GALLEY WHEN I HEARD PEOPLE ARGUING. I LOOKED TOWARD THE BOARDING DOOR AND I SAW THE AGENT AND A PAX. THE PAX WAS SCREAMING ABOUT HIS SEAT. THE AGENT WAS EXPLAINING THAT HE ARRIVED LATER THAN 10 MINS BEFORE DEP AND SHE GAVE HIS SEAT AWAY. SHE SAID YOU HAVE A SEAT, SO EITHER GET ONBOARD AND TAKE THE SEAT, OR GET OFF. THE ARGUMENT CONTINUED AND THE PAX STARTED POINTING IN THE AGENT'S FACE. ANOTHER AGENT ARRIVED AND EXPLAINED TO THE PAX THAT HE CAN'T THREATEN (OR POINT AT) THE AGENT AND TO PLEASE STEP OFF THE PLANE. THE PAX REFUSED TO MOVE AND THE CAPT ALSO HAD TO STEP IN. THE ARGUMENT CONTINUED AND THE AGENT DECIDED THAT THIS PAX WAS NO LONGER GOING ON THIS FLT. THE PAX WOULD NOT MOVE OFF THE PLANE, SO SECURITY WAS CALLED. AT THIS POINT, WE WERE PAST DEP TIME. SECURITY ARRIVED AND, EVENTUALLY, AFTER MORE YELLING AND ARGUING, THE PAX STEPPED OFF THE PLANE. THE CAPT SHUT THE DOOR AND WE FINALLY DEPARTED.
