Narrative:
First officer flying, cruise altitude was FL330. Flight attendant came into cockpit and was asking question to captain when ATC gave crossing clearance to FL290 at fak. First officer acknowledged clearance and proceeded towards fak at FL330 and forgot the descent was a crossing restr. We crossed at FL330, but were in contact with ZDC and they inquired about our clearance. At that point, we descended with no problems reported.
