Narrative:

Flight cleared for visual approach runway 30L approach. Control never gave us traffic for runway 30R. I was running normal visual approach checklist when TCASII displayed yellow target and got 'traffic.' TCASII then went to an RA 'do not descend!' since we were descending at time the first RA was issued, a second RA of 'climb' was issued by TCASII. Due to the fact we were descending and RA's came so fast and by the time copilot (PF) reacted to TCASII, we reached the same altitude of the traffic. TCASII issued a reversal RA 'descend now.' at that time, traffic was sighted. Did TCASII correction, but should have done RA more aggressively. Controller should have issued us traffic. More aggressive control force to RA would have maybe prevented 2ND and 3RD RA. Got lulled to sleep for traffic when cleared for visual inside of TCA with no TA.

Narrative: FLT CLRED FOR VISUAL APCH RWY 30L APCH. CTL NEVER GAVE US TFC FOR RWY 30R. I WAS RUNNING NORMAL VISUAL APCH CHKLIST WHEN TCASII DISPLAYED YELLOW TARGET AND GOT 'TFC.' TCASII THEN WENT TO AN RA 'DO NOT DSND!' SINCE WE WERE DSNDING AT TIME THE FIRST RA WAS ISSUED, A SECOND RA OF 'CLB' WAS ISSUED BY TCASII. DUE TO THE FACT WE WERE DSNDING AND RA'S CAME SO FAST AND BY THE TIME COPLT (PF) REACTED TO TCASII, WE REACHED THE SAME ALT OF THE TFC. TCASII ISSUED A REVERSAL RA 'DSND NOW.' AT THAT TIME, TFC WAS SIGHTED. DID TCASII CORRECTION, BUT SHOULD HAVE DONE RA MORE AGGRESSIVELY. CTLR SHOULD HAVE ISSUED US TFC. MORE AGGRESSIVE CTL FORCE TO RA WOULD HAVE MAYBE PREVENTED 2ND AND 3RD RA. GOT LULLED TO SLEEP FOR TFC WHEN CLRED FOR VISUAL INSIDE OF TCA WITH NO TA.
