Narrative:
A female passenger boarded at last min carrying her own liquor. She was advised of the FAA policy regarding liquor and said she would comply. Approximately 30 mins after takeoff, I was advised of a female passenger sitting in the first class lavatory with the door unlocked. When I opened the door, she was drinking from her flask and accused me of unlocking the door. We discussed FAA regulations and she stated she was a 'grown woman and could drink' when she wanted to. After returning to her seat, she continued to drink and returned several times to first class to yell at me. The captain spoke to her twice, but she continued to drink, harass all flight attendants and passenger in first class and coach. She got more aggressive as the flight progressed. The decision was made to leave her alone until landing, where we had police remove her before deplaning rest of passenger. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the woman brought on her own bottle because when she called reservations and asked if she could they replied, 'yes, but the crew must serve you.' the reporter believes that the woman only heard the 'yes' part, and not the rest. The crew speculated that the woman was drinking 'everclear,' because she never smelled of liquor. At one point, she sat down in the first row of coach next to a family with children, and started taking off all her jewelry and giving it to the children. She disrupted the whole first class service, because she kept coming up from coach and loudly complaining that the crew was ruining her life, and that they should all 'get *&^$%#!' all the passenger were 'spooked' by her. The captain was the one to make the decision to leave her alone and let her drink out of her own bottle, because they would have the police arrest her when they landed. She was detained by them for 4 hours and let go, because she had not physically assaulted the crew. This is why the fbi did not get involved.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, S80, SNA-DFW, VERBALLY ABUSIVE WOMAN REFUSED TO QUIT DRINKING FROM OWN BOTTLE. POLICE ARRESTED HER AT DFW.
Narrative: A FEMALE PAX BOARDED AT LAST MIN CARRYING HER OWN LIQUOR. SHE WAS ADVISED OF THE FAA POLICY REGARDING LIQUOR AND SAID SHE WOULD COMPLY. APPROX 30 MINS AFTER TKOF, I WAS ADVISED OF A FEMALE PAX SITTING IN THE FIRST CLASS LAVATORY WITH THE DOOR UNLOCKED. WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR, SHE WAS DRINKING FROM HER FLASK AND ACCUSED ME OF UNLOCKING THE DOOR. WE DISCUSSED FAA REGS AND SHE STATED SHE WAS A 'GROWN WOMAN AND COULD DRINK' WHEN SHE WANTED TO. AFTER RETURNING TO HER SEAT, SHE CONTINUED TO DRINK AND RETURNED SEVERAL TIMES TO FIRST CLASS TO YELL AT ME. THE CAPT SPOKE TO HER TWICE, BUT SHE CONTINUED TO DRINK, HARASS ALL FLT ATTENDANTS AND PAX IN FIRST CLASS AND COACH. SHE GOT MORE AGGRESSIVE AS THE FLT PROGRESSED. THE DECISION WAS MADE TO LEAVE HER ALONE UNTIL LNDG, WHERE WE HAD POLICE REMOVE HER BEFORE DEPLANING REST OF PAX. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE WOMAN BROUGHT ON HER OWN BOTTLE BECAUSE WHEN SHE CALLED RESERVATIONS AND ASKED IF SHE COULD THEY REPLIED, 'YES, BUT THE CREW MUST SERVE YOU.' THE RPTR BELIEVES THAT THE WOMAN ONLY HEARD THE 'YES' PART, AND NOT THE REST. SHE DISRUPTED THE WHOLE FIRST CLASS SVC, BECAUSE SHE KEPT COMING UP FROM COACH AND LOUDLY COMPLAINING THAT THE CREW WAS RUINING HER LIFE, AND THAT THEY SHOULD ALL 'GET *&^$%#!' ALL THE PAX WERE 'SPOOKED' BY HER. THE CAPT WAS THE ONE TO MAKE THE DECISION TO LEAVE HER ALONE AND LET HER DRINK OUT OF HER OWN BOTTLE, BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE THE POLICE ARREST HER WHEN THEY LANDED. SHE WAS DETAINED BY THEM FOR 4 HRS AND LET GO, BECAUSE SHE HAD NOT PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED THE CREW. THIS IS WHY THE FBI DID NOT GET INVOLVED.
