Narrative:
Aircraft was landed rather hard. When the aircraft touched down, the left landing gear collapsed. When the gear collapsed, the propeller struck the runway and damaged it. The failure to correct the sink rate of the aircraft was the contributing factor to the hard landing. This event does not constitute an accident as defined by the NTSB.
