Narrative:
Passenger X seated in xxg made inappropriate physical contact with 2 young girls, passenger Y and passenger Z, seated in xxe and xxd. The auths met the flight and mr passenger X was detained and questioned. Flight attendant #4 reseated the girls and reported the incident to captain X who filed an official report with the airlines. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the girls were from guadalajara, mexico and spoke spanish almost exclusively, and their ages were between 17-19 yrs old. They conveyed to the flight attendants that the man had been trying to touch their private parts. The flight attendants told the man several times to desist, and he wouldn't. The captain even came back and talked to the man. He called the french auths about the incident and that the girls spoke spanish. The flight was met by french police and a spanish interpreter. They questioned the girls and wanted them to press charges, but it required them to be there another 3-4 hours, so they declined. The reporter was impressed with the fact that the french auths were so efficient and brought a spanish interpreter to meet the plane. Everyone was upset that the man was released, however, he is listed on the french computers as a 'sex offender.' the man was french, but left the united states on an american visa, and then presented the french with a french visa. When deplaning, the man tried to hide his identity by changing clothes and hiding behind a taller man when the passenger deplaned. 2 weeks after the incident occurred, 1 of the crew was watching the tv show, 'america's most wanted,' and there was the same man wanted for the unrelated charge of armed robbery. She was on another trip back to paris, and told the french police about the 'america's most wanted' show. Everyone was upset that they hadn't detained him, but the victims wouldn't press charges.

FLT ATTENDANT #4 RESEATED THE GIRLS AND RPTED THE INCIDENT TO CAPT X WHO FILED AN OFFICIAL RPT WITH THE AIRLINES. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE GIRLS WERE FROM GUADALAJARA, MEXICO AND SPOKE SPANISH ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY, AND THEIR AGES WERE BTWN 17-19 YRS OLD. THEY CONVEYED TO THE FLT ATTENDANTS THAT THE MAN HAD BEEN TRYING TO TOUCH THEIR PVT PARTS. THE FLT ATTENDANTS TOLD THE MAN SEVERAL TIMES TO DESIST, AND HE WOULDN'T.
