Narrative:

Passenger repeatedly smoked in lavatory after 3 warnings. No one met flight to reprimand passenger. A passenger service manager eventually spoke to passenger but only after a great deal of pressure from flight attendants. No one really cared except cabin crew.

Narrative: PAX REPEATEDLY SMOKED IN LAVATORY AFTER 3 WARNINGS. NO ONE MET FLT TO REPRIMAND PAX. A PAX SVC MGR EVENTUALLY SPOKE TO PAX BUT ONLY AFTER A GREAT DEAL OF PRESSURE FROM FLT ATTENDANTS. NO ONE REALLY CARED EXCEPT CABIN CREW.
