Narrative:
On dec/mon/99, we departed fulton country fty airport on radar vectors. We were cleared to climb to 6000 ft. I accelerated to 230 KTS believing I was in class B airspace when departure control informed me I was under class B airspace and informed me to slow to 200 KTS which I did immediately.

Narrative: ON DEC/MON/99, WE DEPARTED FULTON COUNTRY FTY ARPT ON RADAR VECTORS. WE WERE CLRED TO CLB TO 6000 FT. I ACCELERATED TO 230 KTS BELIEVING I WAS IN CLASS B AIRSPACE WHEN DEP CTL INFORMED ME I WAS UNDER CLASS B AIRSPACE AND INFORMED ME TO SLOW TO 200 KTS WHICH I DID IMMEDIATELY.
