Narrative:
Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter said she didn't write a narrative because she didn't witness the incident. She said a man and his fiance got to the gate 10 mins before departure, and the agents had given their seats away. The man was furious when he got on board and demanded the flight attendants do something about it. 2 different flight attendants asked a couple, sitting in their seats, if they could move for the irate couple. Both times, they said 'no.' then the guy went ballistic and started screaming at the flight attendants to 'shut up!' he carried on in a temper tantrum and interfered with the cabin crew's safety checks, so finally the purser told the captain about it, and that she didn't want to be dealing with him at FL330. The captain had them removed. Halfway during the flight, the captain found out that the airline had boarded the couple on the next flight, leaving an hour later. This was supposed to be against the company's protocol, which is supposed to put such passenger on another carrier to cool off.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B767, JFK-LAX. DURING BOARDING, IRATE PAX WOULDN'T TAKE A SEAT, INTERFERED WITH CABIN CREW DUTIES. CAPT HAD HIM REMOVED.
Narrative: CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR SAID SHE DIDN'T WRITE A NARRATIVE BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WITNESS THE INCIDENT. SHE SAID A MAN AND HIS FIANCE GOT TO THE GATE 10 MINS BEFORE DEP, AND THE AGENTS HAD GIVEN THEIR SEATS AWAY. THE MAN WAS FURIOUS WHEN HE GOT ON BOARD AND DEMANDED THE FLT ATTENDANTS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. 2 DIFFERENT FLT ATTENDANTS ASKED A COUPLE, SITTING IN THEIR SEATS, IF THEY COULD MOVE FOR THE IRATE COUPLE. BOTH TIMES, THEY SAID 'NO.' THEN THE GUY WENT BALLISTIC AND STARTED SCREAMING AT THE FLT ATTENDANTS TO 'SHUT UP!' HE CARRIED ON IN A TEMPER TANTRUM AND INTERFERED WITH THE CABIN CREW'S SAFETY CHKS, SO FINALLY THE PURSER TOLD THE CAPT ABOUT IT, AND THAT SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE DEALING WITH HIM AT FL330. THE CAPT HAD THEM REMOVED. HALFWAY DURING THE FLT, THE CAPT FOUND OUT THAT THE AIRLINE HAD BOARDED THE COUPLE ON THE NEXT FLT, LEAVING AN HR LATER. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AGAINST THE COMPANY'S PROTOCOL, WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO PUT SUCH PAX ON ANOTHER CARRIER TO COOL OFF.
