Narrative:
At about XB00, a flight attendant reported that he had suffered a groin injury at about XA00 during light turbulence in the flight. He worked the entire flight and walked off the aircraft at our destination. He could have possibly avoided the injury by being seated, with his seatbelt on while the 'fasten seatbelt' sign was on.
