Narrative:
The clearance I loaded into the FMS was the canned company flight plan which was incorrect. (This has been corrected at the dispatch level.) the first officer loaded the clearance that was given to him by ATC. He did not crossfill into my side. On takeoff the FMS commanded a turn left. ATC asked us where we were going. I will in the future always confirm both FMS's agree.

Title: MDT CREW HAD TRACK DEV ON DEP AT AUS.
Narrative: THE CLRNC I LOADED INTO THE FMS WAS THE CANNED COMPANY FLT PLAN WHICH WAS INCORRECT. (THIS HAS BEEN CORRECTED AT THE DISPATCH LEVEL.) THE FO LOADED THE CLRNC THAT WAS GIVEN TO HIM BY ATC. HE DID NOT CROSSFILL INTO MY SIDE. ON TKOF THE FMS COMMANDED A TURN L. ATC ASKED US WHERE WE WERE GOING. I WILL IN THE FUTURE ALWAYS CONFIRM BOTH FMS'S AGREE.
