Took off from runway 8 at sju and turned to intercept the sju 326 degree radial when we should have been on a 350 degree heading for vectors to the sju 326 degree radial. We caught our mistake and turned back to a 350 degree heading.

Title: AN ACR FLT IS TURNED OFF THE SID ASSIGNED HEADING OF 350 DEGS FOR A 326 DEG RADIAL INTERCEPT NE OF SJU, PR.
Narrative: TOOK OFF FROM RWY 8 AT SJU AND TURNED TO INTERCEPT THE SJU 326 DEG RADIAL WHEN WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON A 350 DEG HDG FOR VECTORS TO THE SJU 326 DEG RADIAL. WE CAUGHT OUR MISTAKE AND TURNED BACK TO A 350 DEG HDG.
